We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a full refund within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
Merchandise special-ordered, customized, or custom-made items, including class rings and engraved items, cannot be returned or exchanged. Any certificates or special documentation must accompany any return, or a restocking fee may apply.
Watches must be in original condition (unaltered and unworn). All packaging, instructions, and warranty documents must accompany any return, or a restocking fee may apply.
Refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made at the time of purchase. Refunds for items originally purchased with a check or cash over $100 will be made by check issued from our corporate office within 21 days of the return. Items charged will be credited to the same account to which the purchase was charged.

Please print this label and apply it to your return parcel after placing items back in the original packaging. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or other approved identifying method. Please note the tracking number on the bottom of your Free Return Label; this will help you track your package to ensure proper delivery.
Return shipping is estimated at 2-3 business days. Once Returns / Exchanges are received, they will be processed. Refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made at the time of purchase and should be visible in your account 2-3 business days after processing. Be advised that credit companies may take up to 4-6 weeks to process a chargeback. Exchanges will be returned using Standard Shipping (2-3 days) and shipped out the same day received if stock is available.
We certify that the diamonds herein have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and compliance with the United Nations resolution. Therefore, we guarantee that these diamonds are certified from sources free from conflict, based on personal knowledge, and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.
We endeavor to ensure that all pricing information set forth on this website is accurate. Despite our best efforts, however, a database error may occur, and some of our products may be incorrectly priced. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will not be bound to sell that product to you at the stated price. With each diamond purchase, the carat weight and gold karat content will be provided in writing.
At Carroll’s Jewelers, every gemstone purchase is accompanied by a remarkable offer: a lifetime trade-up policy. This means that any undamaged gemstone can be upgraded at any time for another gemstone of equal or higher value. However, the new gemstone must be at least $1.00 more valuable than the original diamond. To facilitate this process, customers must ensure that the original paperwork accompanies the returned gemstone, and of course, the gemstone itself must remain in pristine condition. This policy reflects our commitment to ensuring that your jewelry evolves with you, offering flexibility and value throughout a lifetime of enjoyment.
We will accept a gemstone in any condition or quality. Even if the gemstone is cracked and has a million tiny scratches, we can restore it to like-new condition.
We will gladly apply the original online purchase price of your diamond jewelry toward your next diamond purchase. Your new online purchase must be at least twice the price paid for your original jewelry, and you must have a valid sales receipt
Unlimited cleanings and inspections (for diamonds & precious gems) with purchase of warranty. As long as you own your diamond or precious gemstone jewelry, you may have it inspected and cleaned free of charge as often as you like under warranty.
